Q: Do I need additional equipment to run the platform?

A: FX Bridge takes care of all hardware, software and networking administration at its state-of-the-art hosting facilities. The dealer needs no additional IT staff and incurs no additional computing expenses.

Q: How is my staff trained in using the site?

A: FX Bridge’s trainers assist your dealing and administrative staff to become expert users of the platform. We're on-call 24 hours a day, 6 days a week to assist your staff in every aspect of running and supporting your platform

Q: Do I need to become a market maker to operate the platform?

A: Each dealer can decide to make a market, pass-thru their trade volume to one of our existing market makers or major bank liquidity providers or any option in-between.

Q: How many languages does your platform support?

A: The ProTraderPlus platform is fully internationalized. All customer statements and display windows are ready made for 10 languages and can easily be expanded into more. Currently, we offer English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic and Hebrew.

Q. As a new customer how do I login to the system?

A: Please contact a FX Bridge broker or customer service representative to enable your account and receive a password.

Q: How secure is the system? Can anyone access my account?

A: All financial and personal information sent between FX Bridge and our customers desktop computer is encrypted using the Web browser’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Our Web site is also equipped with state-of-the-art firewall protection to thwart any unauthorized access to our servers. At FX Bridge we are committed to making sure we incorporate the most advanced technology to ensure that your account information is completely secure. We strongly advise you to select passwords that are difficult to guess, that you change passwords frequently and that you keep your passwords confidential.

Q: How do I print information from my account?

A: Click within the frame that you would like to print to let the browser know what information to look at within the window, then select <Print> from the toolbar. You may also select the information you wish to print by highlighting it and then selecting <Print>.

Q: What encryption do you use?

A: FX Bridge will automatically select 40-bit and 128-bit encryption depending upon what is supported by your browser software. If your browser supports 128-bit encryption, your session is automatically encrypted at 128-bit by our servers. We recommend that you use 128-bit encryption for accessing FX Bridge.

Q: Why does FX Bridge support 40-bit encryption if 128-bit is superior?

A: FX Bridge supports 40-bit encryption to allow some overseas customers to access our Web platform.
